Location data is only collected while tracking is actively enabled and can be turned off at any time in the app settings. Historical ride data may be retained to populate your ride history and personal statistics unless you request deletion.

7. Event Registrations

When you register for a guided tour, motorcycle event, or charity ride, we collect the information necessary to confirm your participation, including contact details, payment information, motorcycle details, and emergency contact information. Moto Odyssey Rider Confidence Program enrollment requires collection of contact information, skill level, licensing status, and payment details. Instructors may record attendance, progress notes, and completion status to issue certificates and track training outcomes. 9. Merchandise Purchases
