GPS ride tracking is an optional feature within the Moto Odyssey App. When enabled, we collect real-time location data during your ride to provide route tracking, group ride coordination, safety monitoring, and ride history features. Location data is only collected while tracking is actively enabled and can be turned off at any time in the app settings. Historical ride data may be retained to populate your ride history and personal statistics unless you request deletion.
7. Event Registrations
When you register for a guided tour, motorcycle event, or charity ride, we collect the information necessary to confirm your participation, including contact details, payment information, motorcycle details, and emergency contact information. This information may be shared with event staff, ride leaders, and, in the case of charity rides, the benefiting charitable organization, solely for the purpose of coordinating the event.
8. Moto Odyssey Rider Confidence Program
Moto Odyssey Rider Confidence Program enrollment requires collection of contact information, skill level, licensing status, and payment details. Instructors may record attendance, progress notes, and completion status to issue certificates and track training outcomes. This information is used solely to administer the training program and improve course offerings.
9. Merchandise Purchases
When you purchase Moto Odyssey merchandise, we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, and payment information to fulfill and ship your order. Order information may be shared with shipping carriers solely for delivery purposes.
